7 Reasons Why You NEED A Boudoir Shoot

"I had a baby 9 months ago and it was my first time doing a photo shoot as a mom! This revived my self esteem and it was a blast!" Erika Jordan, Los Angeles

There are many reasons- but here I've compiled 7 (although I'm sure you can imagine more) reason why I feel ALL women should have a Boudoir Experience.

1) Boudoir helps to remove self doubt

One of the main take-aways from a Boudoir Experience is that it removes self doubt. So many women feel they could never do a boudoir session because “I’m too old” or “I need to lose 10 more lbs first” always gets in the way of having a ton of fun, and getting great images that look like you, but on your very best day. Once you finally do it, you’ll get addicted!

2) Boudoir builds confidence

Seeing the results from your very own Boudoir Experience absolutely builds up your confidence to make every day better than the last, and to try new things. The more confidence you have the better you feel about yourself, and the thought “I can do that!” Some women will tell them things that just are NOT true. The comments on age, or weight. Doing a Boudoir session RIGHT NOW will show you just how badass you are at this stage of your life.

3) Boudoir increases self-esteem

Feeling down? Simply open your album of super sexy images! Look at your images every single day! You’ll get that shot of self-esteem that it takes to jump in with both feet and conquer your day. It beats a stack of self-help books, and perhaps it’s even better than your therapist!

4) A Boudoir Shoot is so much fun!

Believe it or not- you’ll have a blast at your session! Getting all dolled-up by our makeup artist, putting on some sexy lingerie and heels. It’s like playing dress for adult girls! And, when you’re having fun, it can’t help but for it to show in your photos!

5) Boudoir allows you to explore and record your own model fantasy

Just hear me out... I may be wrong, but I think that all girls, at some point, fantasized about being a model, singer, dancer, etc. A Boudoir Experience session allows you to be the model for a day, and have photographic proof that it’s you! Wait until you see just how amazing you’ll look and feel. Most women say it’s the most beautiful they’ve felt in a long time, or possibly ever!

6) All the best things in life reside just outside your comfort zone.

It’s true!! I remember the time I went sky diving. What a rush!! I could have easily talked myself out of it. But, I am so glad I did it! I'll have that memory of the greatest natural high I’ve ever had, forever. You’ve heard the phrase “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger? It’s true! Every little time you step outside your comfort zone, a new life experience is born.

It gives you the power to take more chances! Maybe it will give you just the kick in the pants you need to get a new job, start a new hobby- who knows, maybe even get out of a bad relationship, or fall in love again! Or perhaps, even fall in love with yourself!

7) You’re a powerfully sexual being, but rarely get a chance to realize it

The Boudoir Experience lets you to take sexuality back and own it, without anyone else imposing their views on you. Boudoir allows you to accept your sexuality, and express it. Through your Boudoir Experience, you are allowed to say "Yes, I like sex, just as much or more than anyone else, I’m not ashamed about it, and I’m comfortable with my body."

Your sexuality is yours, no matter if you're tiny or tall, skinny or chubby, straight, gay, bi or trans (or prefer no label at all). Isn't it time you own it?

The bottom line is that Boudoir is truly a gift for yourself. Go on- give yourself a little self love!
