In part 1, we discussed your comfort (which is of the utmost importance to get the best experience, and best photos. We also talked about Prep materials that the photographer can send you in advance. But in this, we'll talk about the, session, shooting space, and how you'll see and order your images.

The session-

how will you know how to pose? The truth is you probably don't. That's ok. It's the photographer's job to know how to light and pose a subject to make them look amazing. In a Blog post from a few weeks ago, we talked a bit about posing You can read that HERE

After the 1st few images, the photographer should give you some feedback, but also show you what they're capturing by showing you a few shots on the back of the camera. You really can't know what they're actually seeing, until you see a few shots for yourself. This can be very helpful in knowing what looks good, and what needs improving. Bottom line- If you're liking what you're seeing, it should raise your comfort and confidence levels.

Post session-

Some photographers will have you view and order immediately following your session. This can be good or bad. After 3 hours of makeup and shooting, you'll be exhausted. I promise you that. My choice, is to send you home to relax, and have you come back within a few days to a week later. You're now refreshed, and ready to view your images with a clear head, and perhaps with a plan on what you'd like to order. Over the years we've streamlined this process into a very fun and enjoyable experience, that is also quite efficient. You'll see your images HUGE on a 54" screen, so there's no question that you'll like them or not. This makes the selection process much easier. Once you've narrowed down your choices, then we'll even help you design your very own hand-made leather (or faux leather) album. Also, our albums are hand-made by an all female company that creates stunning albums, with so many styles to choose from. Each more beautiful than the last. Knowing that only women will be printing and assembling your album, should also remove a bit of fear as to who is viewing your images. How you'll receive your order-

We'll keep you posted on it's progress, and let you know when your gorgeous album or wall images are ready for pick up. Generally, that is in about 3-5 weeks from the time you order. We'll schedule a time for you to come get them, or you can choose to have the order drop shipped directly to you. This drop shipping is the perfect choice for our out-of-state clients!
